We're heading west to go home after a fantastic summer.
It feels so right to be back on my bike again, it's like we never parted.
Was on the road by noon. A good, albeit wet, ride today. A bit of delay at the Sarnia/Port Huron border for Matt to renew his visa waiver form but no complaints.
It will be interesting to compare the journey back through the US. Already i notice the incessant Golden Arches that are at every single junction.
Aiming to be back in Nanaimo by September 1st but we'll see how things develop and how the roads are.
This journey is to be savoured.
