We had high hopes and expectations for
a good month in England. It did not disappoint. In fact, I am
starting to feel like Jersey is my second family home which is a very
nice feeling.
My conceptual map of the world has
expanded once more. Matt took me to St. Donats in Wales to visit his
old highschool, Atlantic College. Wales is gorgeous, with the rolling
hills of the Black Mountains, all dotted with white sheep.
We also ventured to Bridport and Bath,
and found our way onto Dartmoor for a nice walk..
We arrived about a week before the
wedding.
In Jersey we went sailing, swimming,
scrambling onto overgrown paths to the ‘Secret Beach’

I’m full of cream teas, pasties, M&S
special dinner meals, custard and crumble, homegrown veggies and good
cheap wine.
Today we are turning round and heading
west to go home. In 6 hours we’ll be boarding a flight back to
Toronto
